Returns should be made within 30 days of delivery. Please allow 3-5 weeks for returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that shoes be returned via a traceable method. Charges will be made to your account on the day the order is processed. In the event that one or more items are on back order, your account will still be charged for the entire order.
